Ask us to delete your beta-request data.
The public website currently has no user account, tracker, medical intake, or photo upload. If you contacted BeautySeoul by email, you can request deletion of that correspondence.
How to request deletion
- Email hello@beauty-seoul.com with the subject “BeautySeoul data deletion request.”
- Send the request from the same email address you used to contact us.
- Do not include medical records, photos, passwords, or identity documents.
What happens next
We will verify control of the address, identify beta-request records tied to it, and confirm completion or explain any narrow legal/security record that must be retained.
Future app accounts
Before real user accounts or Meta/WhatsApp message data are accepted, BeautySeoul will add an authenticated in-product deletion flow and update this page with the applicable retention and appeal process.
