This notice covers the public BeautySeoul website and private-beta contact requests. It does not authorize collection of patient photos, medical records, or treatment details.
Information you choose to provide
If you email BeautySeoul, we receive your email address, message, and ordinary email metadata. You may optionally mention a broad procedure category or travel month. Do not include sensitive medical information.
How we use it
We use beta-request information to reply, assess whether the current pilot fits your needs, prevent abuse, and keep a record of your request. We do not sell it or use it for behavioral advertising.
Service providers and transfers
Your email provider and BeautySeoul's future business-email provider may process messages in their operating regions. Before the app accepts health-related case information, a separate reviewed privacy notice and the required statutory and cross-border consents will apply.
Retention and deletion
Beta-request emails are kept only while we evaluate or support the request, unless a longer period is required for security or legal records. You can ask for deletion using the data deletion instructions.
Age limit
BeautySeoul's beta is for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly invite or accept requests from minors.
Security and future product data
We use reasonable safeguards, but email is not a secure channel for sensitive information. The patient-facing product will not launch until its authentication, consent, secure-photo, retention, and incident-response controls have separate acceptance evidence.
